These terms are the agreement between you and FeverReels ("we", "us") covering your use of feverreels.com and everything on it. By using the service you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old. Our programming is written for adult audiences and contains mature dramatic themes.
You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your sign-in details private. Give us an email address you actually control — it is how we verify it is you. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
You may delete your account at any time from your account page.
The series, episodes, artwork, music, and the site itself are owned by FeverReels or used under licence, and are protected by copyright. We give you a personal, limited, non-transferable licence to stream them for your own private enjoyment.
You may not download, copy, record, re-upload, redistribute, publicly perform, or create derivative works from our content, and you may not scrape the site or circumvent any technical restriction protecting it.
Our programming is produced using generative AI. Characters and performances are synthetic. They do not depict real people, and any resemblance to actual persons or events is coincidental.
Paid plans are sold as recurring subscriptions. Before you pay, we show you the price, the billing interval, and the date of your first renewal. By subscribing you authorise us to charge that amount to your payment method each period.
Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price, for the same interval, until you cancel. We will send you a receipt for every charge.
You can cancel at any time from your account page — it takes a few clicks, and we do not require you to call or email anyone. Cancellation stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not prorated. If we change the price of your plan we will tell you in advance and you will have the chance to cancel before it takes effect.
Some episodes may be unlocked individually using coins or passes bought on the service.
An unlocked episode is not a purchase of that episode. Unlocking gives you access for as long as your account is open and the title remains available on FeverReels. It is not a download, and it is not permanent ownership. Titles can be removed — see Availability below.
If you close your account, or we close it because these terms were breached, any unspent coins or passes are forfeited.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe and never reach our servers. Unless the law where you live requires otherwise, or we state otherwise at the point of purchase, payments are non-refundable. If a charge looks wrong to you, email billing@feverreels.com before disputing it with your bank and we will look into it.
We may add, change, or remove shows and features, and the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We do not promise any specific title will remain available.
If you believe something on FeverReels infringes your copyright, email dmca@feverreels.com with the work concerned, where it appears on our service, your contact details, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised. We respond to valid notices and remove infringing material.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or that we reasonably believe is being used to harm the service or other users. You may stop using FeverReels whenever you like.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent the law allows, FeverReels is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
We may update these terms. When we do we will change the effective date above, and for significant changes we will notify you on the site or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
